Founded in 1983 by Tim and Kathy O'Connell, Productive has grown into three separate and distinct corporations providing 20 million dollars a year in transportation management and freight movement.

Productive is far more than an information provider. We have the trucks, trailers, and facilities to move your freight. Each company provides specialized services tailored to your exact needs.
  • 1983 - Productive Transportation Services Corp. founded by Kathy and Tim O'Connell
  • 1990 - PTSC expands into LTL freight brokerage
  • 1990 - Productive Transportation, Inc. formed by Kathy O'Connell to provide WBE freight forwarding
  • 1994 - PTSC initiates local hauling service
  • 1996 - PTCC formed by Tim and Kathy O'Connell to operate trucking division, expands into long distance hauling
  • 1997 - 15,000 square foot warehouse constructed to accommodate local customer base
  • 1999 - 35,000 square foot warehouse addition adds temperature controlled/pharmaceutical grade storage
  • 2004 - Moving and Storage division added along with Department of Defense authority
  • 2004 - Establishes customer on-site logistics division
